The company RKS, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1991 by former employees of the Montáž a údržba rádiostaníc company.

It employs skilled workers with long experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of radio networks and warning systems. Since 1992, it has been an authorized seller and service station focusing on radio communication technology Midland LMR and Motorola Inc. of USA provenience.

Since 1993, the company has been engaged in the development of large-scale radio networks.

In 2001, a quality management system was introduced in the company, which is regularly audited by energy companies. The company is a leader on the Slovak market in its field. Thanks to the realization of large units, the portfolio of manufacturers whose equipment used in the implementation quite wide. Since 1992, the company has been licensed to provide two-way radio rentals, as well as complete radio network rentals.
